Nautica, a 49-story twin residential tower by Select Group, is a striking addition to Dubai Maritime City’s skyline. Drawing inspiration from the region’s maritime heritage, the façade design integrates marine-grade aluminum profiles and high-performance glazing systems, ensuring resilience against the harsh coastal environment. Our involvement in this project focused on delivering a façade that excels in both functionality and aesthetics. The energy-efficient glass panels not only provide clear, uninterrupted sea views but also offer enhanced thermal insulation, reducing overall energy consumption. Our fabrication expertise ensured that each façade element met the highest standards of quality and precision.
